Father's Day Weekend At Mudbar
Mudbar Restaurant marks Father's Day weekend on the Launceston waterfront with a Korean barbecue board built to be shared across the table. The board centres on charred wagyu porterhouse from Mudbar Farm, the restaurant's own property at White Hills, alongside chargrilled chicken breast, tossed sesame greens, chopped chilli, spring onion, nuoc cham and gochujang. Mudbar Farm breeds the wagyu and the lamb the kitchen cooks, so the beef on the board comes off the restaurant's own paddocks. Lunch and dinner sittings run across both days of the weekend, in the dining room or out on the waterfront terrace. Bookings are recommended.
