Alchymia Distillery is a boutique small batch craft distillery making Tasmanian whisky and gin on-site from the finest Tasmanian ingredients. Offering Distillery tours where you meet the maker and a tasting room where visitors can come and enjoy the view and soak up the 'spirit' of Table Cape. Their tourism experience includes tastings, distillery tours, bottle sales, cocktails, full bar and platters of locally made produce featuring La Cantara Cheese & Inglis River Meats.

They are a boutique distillery offering behind the scenes tours with the distiller, where visitors get to understand the process of making our single malt whisky from start to finish. After the tour they get to taste the handmade spirits in the beautiful tasting room. Located at Table Cape on the rugged NW coast of Tasmania only 100mtrs off the Bass Highway 7kms from Wynyard.
