It is less than a 20-minute drive south of the capital's CBD and only a five-minute drive from the shopping and business district of Kingston. Mirramar House is ideally suited to families seeking self-contained accommodation in Hobart whether for a beach holiday, visiting family or moving into the area. It is perfect for businesses requiring accommodation for staff when working in the Kingston area or for tourists needing accommodation while on a working holiday. The accommodation provides two queen and four single beds with two bathrooms. An additional porta cot and/or fold-out bed is available if required. The architect-designed, energy-efficient townhouse boasts privacy and great views of the water and Mount Wellington. Taking advantage of natural light, and utilizing double-glazed windows and doors, the townhouse has the highest quality fittings and finishes throughout. It is designed to usher in natural light and breezes during Summer and hold in the warmth in winter but on those days when you will need additional cooling or heating, there is reverse cycle air conditioning and floor heating. The lower level provides two double bedrooms that extend to the outdoors through large stacking sliding glass. The master bedroom features a large en suite with floor heating. A generous study zone and a spacious bathroom also with floor heating, a frameless shower and an oversized tub are located on the ground level. They supply top quality professional laundered linen, as well as basic bathroom and kitchen amenities. There is also a BBQ available.
