The beautiful texture of Tasmanian Oak timber boards and rusted metal have been exposed inside, with new roof and walls to the outside so it is fully insulated. There is a separate bedroom and a corner daybed that you can close off from the living room for sleeping. Designed for low vision and accessibility, it is an inclusive space with wheelchair accessible bathroom & kitchenette. If you have low vision there are handrails with movement sensor lights to help you navigate, plus a talking microwave and induction cooktop in the kitchenette.
