6 Rooms. One Table. 12 Seats. Wandering Trout offers hosted stays and dining in Mole Creek, Tasmania, tucked up between Launceston and Cradle Mountain on the road to the Walls of Jerusalem. At the centre is the Hosts' Table: a shared Table for simple, honest cuisine, global flavours, vinyl tracks, familiar banter and relaxed hospitality beneath the Great Western Tiers. Grounded in food, travel, storytelling and place, the Hosts' Table seats at 7pm and is prepared as a shared experience for confirmed reservations. Book a seat at the Table after exploring the Walls of Jerusalem, the Great Western Tiers or Tasmania's trophy trout lakes & stay upstairs for a full Night at the Trout.
