Solitude Bicheno is a thoughtfully designed tiny home created as a peaceful sanctuary for rest, reflection, and renewal. Set apart from the main residence and surrounded by quiet bushland on Tasmania's beautiful east coast, this intimate retreat invites you to slow down and reconnect with yourself. Designed with solo travellers in mind, Solitude is ideal for those seeking time away from the pace and demands of modern life. The interior palette features calming green tones, while the bathroom has been intentionally designed as a soothing retreat. The tiny home features a comfortable queen bed, a private bathroom, and a streamlined kitchenette equipped with a microwave and dishwasher for simple, low-effort living. While there are no full cooking facilities, the space encourages relaxed dining—whether enjoying takeaway from Bicheno's local favourites or heading out for a leisurely meal. A washing machine is also provided for added convenience during longer stays. A dedicated workspace offers a quiet place to journal, reflect, or attend to light work if needed. Step outside to the private balcony and outdoor seating area, perfect for moments of stillness among the surrounding bushland. To enhance the retreat-like experience, Wi-Fi is intentionally not provided, inviting guests to fully disconnect and recharge. Guests have exclusive access to the tiny home and its immediate surrounds, while the main residence remains private.

Lobster Pot cabin is a thoughtfully created stay with direct access onto the sheltered Swanwick River overlooking Dolphin Sands. Watch the most spectacular sunsets, walk along the water’s edge, swim, kayak, or fish from straight out the front while enjoying this quiet and peaceful location. The perfect base to explore Coles Bay and the Freycinet Peninsula. Located in a sleepy hamlet on the east coast of Tasmania, our cabin is perfect for all seasons. In the warmer months enjoy afternoons relaxing on the deck and nights sitting around the fire pit soaking in the serenity. Fish from the local jetty just a 100-metre walk up the river. There is an outdoor shower to rinse off after a swim in the river. In the cooler months cosy up inside and settle in by the fire with a book. Fully self-contained and well equipped for short or longer stays. With two bedrooms we can comfortably sleep up to 4-5 guests. The master bedroom boasts a queen-sized bed and exhibits a beautiful outlook of the bay. While our second bedroom houses a bunk bed, double on the bottom and single on top. Perfect for couples and small families.

Beach Baby is located right on the water’s edge, on the banks of the beautiful Pelican Bay. Set amongst bushland and located at the end of a quiet Cul-de-sac, this is a peaceful location to get away from it all. This property is proudly and professionally managed by Freycinet Holiday Houses. Guests can explore and walk along the water’s edge, go fishing and swim directly from the edge of this property at the Swan River. This house has a relaxed feel with large windows facing the water, an expansive sundeck, three spacious bedrooms and one bathroom. The main bedroom has views of the water and a comfortable queen bed; the second bedroom also has a queen bed, while the third bedroom has a tri-bunk. There are BBQ facilities and outdoor dining options, while the lawn is a great place to lay out a blanket and have a picnic or have the kids play safely under the shade of the trees. You can bring kayaks, stand-up paddle boards, or your windsurfer and enjoy the convenience of being on the water’s edge. At the end of the garden, there is a bench on the edge of the lagoon where you can sit and watch pelicans, sea eagles, and many other marine birds, as well as little wrens darting through the trees. You can often see wallabies.
