Join them at Grain of the Silos for an evening celebrating the people behind Tasmania's food culture. Meet the Producers is their annual gathering of the farmers, growers, makers and industry leaders whose passion, skill and dedication shape what they do every day. It's an opportunity to come together, share stories and recognise the people whose work begins long before we gather around the table.   Hosted by Massimo Mele and Executive Chef Thomas Pirker, with Amanda Ducker leading the evening's conversations, this year's event explores the theme of Resilience. Through a series of thoughtful discussions with the people behind Tasmania's produce, guests will gain a rare insight into the perseverance, adaptability and commitment it takes to continue producing through changing seasons and changing times. Inspired by Massimo Mele's Tutti a Tavola philosophy, 'Everyone to the Table' - the evening is a celebration of connection. An invitation to slow down, share a thoughtfully curated four-course menu with paired Tasmanian wines and reflect on the people and places that make Tasmania's food culture so special. More than a dinner, Meet the Producers is their way of saying thank you to those who continue to grow, make, create and contribute, season after season.
